Work Site Type page displays a list of work site/location types of an organization. You can filter the list on the basis of work site type and short name.
How to create a work site type?
1. Click + icon on the top right. Following pop up window will open.
Field Level Description
| Type Name | name of work site type. |
| Short Name | short name of work site type. |
| Parent Type | non editable. Displayed by default. Last work site type created. |
| IsCostCenterLevel | can be either checked or unchecked. Indicates whether work site type is cost center level dependent or not. |
| Mandatory | can be checked or unchecked. Indicates whether Work Site Type is mandatory or not. |
2. Enter the required information.
3. Click Save button. The work site type will be created and added to the work site types list.
Impact in Alt Worklife
Work Site Types are displayed in Location section under HRIS > Employment Details > Position Information as field labels.
